Library Normalization for LymphoTrack

This library normalization calculator is designed for a seven-target Lymphotrack assays. It allows the user to input the concentration (in nM) and the number of reactions for each target—namely, TRG, TRB, IGH FR1, IGH FR2, IGH FR3, IGK, and IGH V Leader—along with the desired final library volume, which defaults to 18 µL if unspecified. The calculator applies a normalization formula to determine the requisite volume for each target and then adjusts these volumes by a scaling factor corresponding to the chosen final volume. Subsequently, it computes the necessary TE buffer volume by deducting the sum of the target volumes from the final library volume. The output is presented in a concise table that encapsulates the input values and calculated volumes for each target, as well as the aggregate target volume, the final library volume, and the TE volume required. This calculator has not been validated and is intended for investigational use only.
